Synopsis
Rotator challenges you to arrange a 3×3 grid by rotating 2×2 groups. The goal is to reach the order 1–9 – each turn shifts four tiles at once, so smart move sequences matter. You plan ahead to avoid dead ends and bring the grid into the correct sequence efficiently.
