Rush'n Attack
Synopsis
Rush'n Attack in the United States (Green Beret) is an action video game developed and marketed by Konami in 1985 on arcade machines. The game achieved some success and was ported to various family systems. It had a sequel on an arcade machine in 1989, M.I.A.: Missing in Action.
In this action game, known to be very difficult due to its maneuverability, the player plays an American soldier armed with a knife whose mission is to rout an entire army in order to avoid a nuclear war through six horizontally scrolling levels (missile base, airport, port, forest, warehouse and enemy base).
The character can lie down, jump, climb a ladder, stab, use a bazooka or even grenades. These secondary weapons are collected when certain enemies are eliminated.
