Synopsis

A Saber Team is a squad of four elite soldiers tasked with some of the most difficult hostage rescue, building destruction, and other missions that Western forces have ever attempted. In this turn-based strategy simulation, you must choose a team of four soldiers from the eight available and lead them to victory in five increasingly difficult missions. Before even getting to the heart of the matter, you have to be very strategic in the choice of weapons, because they make more or less noise when used (which reduces their stealth potential) and their ammunition is more or less heavy.

Each turn you have a limited number of action points per soldier, which must be used for all movement, shooting and reloading. Maps are viewed isometrically, with a compass used to indicate directions of movement and where shots are coming from.
