Synopsis

San Guo Zhi: Qun Xiong Zheng Ba (The Romance of Three Kingdoms: The Fight Of Heroes' Pleiades) is a fighting game set in the Chinese Three Kingdoms era made by ASDER on an unknown date. It likely has nothing to do with Dynasty Warriors, Koei's 3D fighting game based on the Three Kingdoms.

This game does not use the "traditional" Street Fighter II engine, but rather a heavily modified engine from Samurai Shodown. Several features that were not present in other fighting games on the Famicom were included: a "rage" gauge that can be filled by holding BW+A and performing a super move when fully charged; a three-level health bar; and, finally, the "conquest" mode, where you must eliminate all of your opponent's fortresses to win.
