Synopsis

This RPG takes place in the Sengoku era, with Sanada Yukimura (aka Sanada Nobushige) as the main hero, a famous samurai from medieval Japan. Yukimura, nicknamed "Hero Who Appears Only Once in a Hundred Years" and "Scarlet Demon of War", is famous for his role during the Siege of Osaka. The game is inspired by the legend of the Ten Braves of Sanada, a group of loyal ninjas. Sanada must find and recruit these ninjas, each imposing a task before joining him. Combat, turn-based, is one-on-one only, but the player can change characters between rounds. Unlike Dragon Warrior or Final Fantasy, this game focuses on individual duels. Never released outside of Japan, it was the subject of a mobile remake in 2005.
