Synopsis

Sankokushi is a Shanghai solitaire game for adults. Unlike a standard mahjong solitaire game, tiles are removed in groups of three. These groups can be made up of three matching tiles, or sets of numbers, 1-3, 4-6 or 7-9. The objective is to find all four sets of three tiles shown at the start of the stage and remove them from the game board before time runs out.

When a tile is selected, other tiles are illuminated. The number sequence tiles are displayed in pink and the corresponding tiles are displayed in orange. The player can ask for hints by selecting the on-screen help button, which will light up any tiles that can be removed from the board at that time. There is also a back button, which the player can select to return the tiles to the screen.
