Scenario is a turn-based strategy game set during World War I. The player's objective is to conquer all of Europe. The game takes place on a map of Europe divided into several provinces. There are 4 players, each of which can be controlled by a human or computer, and each player starts with a province and a small army. The other provinces are independent countries just waiting to be conquered...
