Synopsis

Continuing the SD Gundam strategy game series originally launched on NES, this update for Gamecube combines action and simulation elements. During simulation phases, you move units across a grid map to expand your territory. When your unit finds itself in the same location as an enemy, you enter combat and fully control your Battle Suit in a quick action, with two possible viewing angles (2D aerial view or direct 3D view). The single-player story mode takes you through a series of scenarios as you progress through battles. Multiplayer can accommodate up to four players, but you can also face off against three computer-controlled opponents directly if you want. In multiplayer mode, you and your opponents form an original team before the fight.
