Synopsis
Sega Rally 3 offers three racing modes: World Championship, Quick Race and Classic. The World Championship mode is a single-player mode taking place over three stages (Tropical, Canyon and Alpine) and largely follows the format of previous Sega Rally arcade games. It is a 22-car race, contested against the clock. The player's starting position for each stage is determined by their ranking in the previous stage. Unlike previous games, each special has two rounds. If the player finishes the third special in the lead, he can compete in a duel race on the Lake bonus circuit.
