Synopsis

On one fateful night, a purple meteor fell from the heavens. Harnessing its power, the Demon Folk grew stronger and began attacking the peaceful tribes and their villages. A warrior from the Monbit tribe with rabbit ears stood against the demons. Riding a dragon, he entered the demon king's palace and broke the magical amulet he was carrying. However, the warrior was seriously injured. He entrusted the amulet to the elder of the tribe. Years have passed, and the demons rear their ugly heads once again. The young hero is the only one who can save the world - using the power of the magical amulet, and becoming friends with a dragon...
Seiryū Densetsu Monbit is a traditional Japanese-style fantasy-themed RPG, with the typical progression pattern: the player controls the hero (and other characters who join the party) on the top-down map, between towns, buys weapons and armor, and fights randomly appearing enemies, turn-based combat. A stand-out gameplay feature is the dragon egg that the hero carries from the start of the game. Over time, a dragon will be born and help the hero in various ways. For example, even as an egg, the dragon can serve as a healing item that replenishes a small amount of hit points.
