Synopsis

As the original Sensible Soccer sold hugely, this updated version was released a few months later (and then used as the basis for later console releases). Teams are updated, including teams featured in the 92-93 European tournaments and player names updated to account for transfers.

The game has been tidied up and changed in a number of areas. The most significant change is the addition of red and yellow cards for disciplinary reasons (2 yellow cards or a “professional foul” (depriving your opponent of a clear scoring opportunity) results in that player being sent off). Goalkeeper skills were improved and the 1994 World Cup qualifying tournament was added.

This is the version that will be ported to various consoles, such as the SNES, Genesis, and in North America under the title "Championship Soccer '94".
