Synopsis

This game is a traditional beat'em up similar to Double Dragon in which the player walks from left to right while fighting numerous enemies. Only when all enemies are eliminated can the player advance in the level. It is also possible to perform special attacks and use weapons. These are either collectible bonuses or environmental objects such as telephone booths.

The ninja player can attack his enemies with bare hands and feet or with a sword (for a limited time). He can also perform moves such as a jump, a backflip, and flying kicks, while hanging on to objects in the scenery. By knocking enemies against objects such as telephone booths, oil cans or dumpsters, you will destroy them, revealing bonuses such as healing items and swords. At times, Ryu will have to perform acrobatic moves to keep moving forward. It has a life bar starting at five units.
