Synopsis
Shanghai on Master System is a patience game using mahjong tiles, a board game of Chinese origin. The player has 144 special tiles grouped in hierarchical order (Supreme Honors, Superior Honors, Simple Honors, Circles, Bamboos, Characters). The objective is to score as many points as possible thanks to specific combinations.
