Synopsis

A secret laboratory at the Shinjuku Research Institute produces 3 special girls who have been created, trained and transformed into powerful assassins. You lead the project and everything is going great, until a government agency attacks the lab and forces you to leave with the girls.
Questions arise, you search for the truth behind this attack. In normal everyday situations, the girls seem as smooth as silk, but when their directives change, they turn into killing machines.
The Dreamcast version of Shirotsume features full voice action where everything is voiced out loud.
