Synopsis

SimCity places you as the mayor of a new municipality, with the responsibility of building and maintaining a place where citizens can move, work and be happy. Your first task is to place essential features like homes, transportation links, schools, factories and stores. There are 50 types, allowing you to build all types of houses and different types of businesses. Check that the location is suitable for the activity you will be implementing there. Some energy sources pollute, others do not but are more expensive. Taxes must be collected to provide income to the city, and a certain amount of the levies must be allocated to public services such as policing and road maintenance. Earthquakes, floods and fires are the emergency situations you will need to manage to contain the damage.
