Synopsis

Long ago, the ancient gods created the world of Tessera, a vast, geologically diverse, tesseract-shaped land that would become home to eight kingdoms. Since then, empires have come and gone, and in the current era, the emperor has fallen under the influence of the evil Archmage. Through his influence, the kingdoms have become miserable, a plague has swept the land, and the people are oppressed. The hero of this story lives in the city of Thurin, in the kingdom of Calia, which lies somewhat outside the Archmage's sphere of influence. However, when a seriously injured kobold delivers a message to him and dies on the threshold of his house - only to find the artifact that will awaken the mysterious god N'Gnir - the game begins.
