Synopsis

Sonic Jam 6 is a hack of Super Mario 2, an unofficial game that uses the scenery and levels from Super Mario All-Stars. Mario's sprite is replaced by Sonic's, red when he has not swallowed a mushroom and blue the rest of the time. The intro music has been replaced by that of the Sonic game, as well as the images between levels which indicate the number of lives remaining. Oddly enough, Mario's head always appears in the underground bonus levels. The controls have also been changed, only the C button allows Sonic to jump, and the A button allows him to shoot fireballs (when Sonic has collected a fire flower).
