Synopsis

We had seen RPG Tsukuru which allowed you to create your own Japanese role-playing games on Snes, here is Sound Novel Tsukuru which is an equivalent tool but intended for the creation of adventure games similar to Getsumen no Anubis and Kamaitachi no Yoru. Moreover, as in the latter, the characters only appear represented by shadows while the settings are very detailed. A game is also provided as an example and it leads the player to investigate a mystery around an old house in a forest. The editor allows him to choose his setting and his characters from a bank of illustrations, to also choose his music and sound effects, to type his texts, and finally to define where the choices given to the player are located, the latter constituting the only interactivity once the game is launched.
