Synopsis

Players create a character in a futuristic interstellar society and enlist in a military branch such as the Navy, Army, Scouts, Merchant Marines, or other services. During four-year terms, characters can train in skills including brawling, bribery, swordsmanship, computers, navigation, and starship piloting, while also improving their physical and mental attributes.

At the end of each enlistment, surviving characters may retire or continue serving. Once retired, they can participate in various scenarios included with the game. These adventures can earn wealth, equipment, and other rewards, though they generally cannot improve character abilities. As time passes, aging gradually reduces many attributes. Death carries permanent consequences: if a character dies during a scenario, their character file is immediately deleted from the game disk.
