Synopsis

This version of Space Invaders remains very faithful to the original, even though it was written in BASIC. The gameplay is exactly the same when the player controls a ship at the bottom of the screen that shoots at advancing aliens. The aliens fight back and the player can hide behind bunkers. The bunkers give a little more ease than in the arcade version due to fewer pixels. The sound also tries to stay true to the original with the beat getting faster and faster as the aliens approach.
