Synopsis

After traveling back in time in the previous game, Roger Wilco has returned to Starfleet Academy, serving as both a cadet and janitor. By cheating on the Starfleet aptitude test, Roger is eventually given the rank of captain, his own ship (a garbage barge), and a mission: to explore strange new worlds (that no sane man would explore), to seek out new life and new civilizations (which are born from the massive amounts of trash that Roger picks up along his path), to boldly go where no man has gone before. Step by step, Roger must uncover a planned galaxy-wide biohazard dump, solve the mystery of the disappearance of another Starfleet captain and his ship, and confront an agent of a former enemy.
