Synopsis

Spaceward Ho! is a turn-based strategic space conquest game where your objective is to start from a single system, harvest metals to build ships, send ships to claim other worlds and thus obtain more metals to build other ships.

Each system you obtain can also contribute to research, allowing you to build more powerful and less resource-intensive ships. Your goal is, of course, to be the sole master of the "galaxy". The game, as shown on the cover, has a completely "western" theme, where the planets wear bandanas and cowboy hats.
