Synopsis

Speed ​​Racer is a racing game, played in third person, similar to Pole Position. The goal of the game is to overtake a specific number of cars on each lap of a race. Success allows the player to continue with the next round while failure will lead to the end of the game. To win a race, five laps must be completed and each lap is two miles long. Controls are basic and limited to steering, acceleration and braking. The shoulder of the road should be avoided as driving there for too long will cause the car to stop. A repair crew will then appear and put on new tires. The game consists of four different racing tracks which can be played in any order. The game was created by Steven Hirsch for MichTron.
