Synopsis

In Spelunker, you play as a caver who makes your way through several caves in search of the mythical “World of Wonders”.
To achieve this, you must find the exit from each cave to move on to the next one.
Each cave is filled with enemies like bats, ogres as well as traps.
Ladders, ropes, elevators and the inevitable minecarts must be used to reach the other platforms and sections of the cave.
To aid you in your quest, you are equipped with a rifle that shoots short-range fireballs at your enemies to stun or kill them.
Many bonus items can be collected, such as bombs to destroy rocks blocking your path, keys to open locked doors, and potions to boost your ever-decreasing energy gauge.
Treasure chests also litter each cave and can be opened to obtain bonus items.
