Spider, The
Synopsis
The Spider is a standard space themed shoot-em-up, taking place against the backdrop of a large galaxy spanning web. Levels are fairly short, consisting of a wave of five or six alien ships that arrive from the centre of the web, fly around the screen at incredible speeds dropping bombs, and then leave. This continues until you have been able to destroy all of the ships in that wave, or you have been killed by the bombs. There are six types of alien, distinguishable by their appearance but little else. In any wave, all aliens are of the same type. In order, these are "Unigalacks", "Space Bees", "Akada Ame", "Condole" and finally "The Spider". After these six alien waves have been defeated, the levels repeat.
