Synopsis

Ricky Steel is a feared renegade, equipped with a mechanical arm to fire bullets, and his A101-class Nightwind car, both armored and amphibious. He lives in a Mad Max-inspired world, but Dr. Vardos has sent a horde of androids to destroy it.
The game is divided into four parts. You start on foot and have to work your way back up. Helicopters and other enemies must be shot down or avoided. You then enter your vehicle and go up the screen, facing the same dangers. Level 2 involves attacking submarines using bombs. The final test involves tracking down and killing Vardos.
The scanner at the bottom of the screen is essential for spotting approaching enemies. You have a limited shield and limited fuel which recharges by picking up fuel circles.
