Synopsis

You play as Luke Skywalker, whose goal is to destroy the Death Star. In the first phase, you have to pass squadrons of TIE fighters, and even fight one that is piloted by Darth Vader himself. In the second phase, the station surface is protected by laser towers. The third phase involves attacking its weak point - the unprotected exit conduit - using proton torpedoes. Your X-Wing starts with six shields, but you can get more with good performance. Complete the game and you'll be looped back and forth with ever-increasing difficulty.
