Synopsis

Eight Olympic events are offered in this game, and you can select several at a time. There is no such thing as pure sprinting, and only rowing and cycling can be considered joystick-waving events. The triple jump involves pressing right to start the jump (before reaching the white line), right again for the landing step, left for the jump, then up to propel yourself into the sand. For the high jump, after selecting a height you think you can clear, you use the up and down keys to control speed, the fire key to jump, then the forward key to propel yourself over the bar.
