Synopsis

Super Bubble Bobble is a platform game, with each level consisting of a single screen. Enemies must be eliminated from one level to advance to the next. With one player controlling Bub and the other controlling Bob, the player can jump and collect items to score points. Bub and Bob have to blow bubbles.

These bubbles can be used as platforms to jump on or trap enemies. Enemies trapped in a bubble must be ejected by jumping on it, where they will turn into fruit. These fruits must be collected!

Additionally, bonuses sometimes float in the bubbles. These include lightning, which flies horizontally towards enemies, and water, which drags the player and enemies downward by sliding across platforms.
