Synopsis

What does a brave magician do when a princess is kidnapped? Normally, nothing, because brave knights are there to rescue her, but not this time. A powerful dragon is holding a princess prisoner in his lair and our courageous magician must save her. The gameplay is that of a classic side-scrolling shoot'em up. Enemies appear in predefined patterns and never attack you directly. They are there so you can dodge or shoot them. Shooting enemies earns you points and also increases your magic gauge. When you have enough magic, you get a spell to cast. These spells are both very useful and very fun. There's a bomb spell that destroys everything on the screen and a "frog" spell that lets you jump over large gaps. Some spells vary depending on the difficulty level.
