Synopsis

Super Real Mahjong Part IV is a strip mahjong game featuring three girls with five strip sequences each, plus 3 additional girls with one strip sequence each. Once again, the fourth game in the Super Real Mahjong series redesigned the game tiles, and starting with Part IV, all hand animations are completely removed from the game. Part IV also greatly improved the quality of the animation and expanded its use in narration and strip sequences.

Gameplay is standard for this series. For each winning hand, the opponent removes an item of clothing. For each loss, she puts back an item of clothing. When the player has eliminated all of a girl's striptease sequences, the next girl is introduced and the game continues. Girls have unlimited funds to bet on, so each strip sequence must be won separately. If the player loses all his funds, the game is over.

If the player defeats his three usual opponents, the bonus game begins. The bonus game features three additional girls each with a striptease sequence. The difficulty is increased for the bonus game and once the bonus game begins there is no continuation.
