Synopsis
In this war strategy simulator, the player takes control of legendary military genius Shingen Takeda during Japan's Sengoku period in the 16th century. The goal is to unify Japan under Shingen's rule. Developed by Another and published by Hot-B, the game later spawned a sequel, Takeda Shingen 2, in 1989. Although this sequel was adapted for the United States under the name Shingen the Ruler, the original game remained exclusive to Japan.
