Synopsis

Tanjō: Debut puts the player in the role of a music company agent, who must work with three potential entertainment stars: three young girls named Aki, Kumi and Saori. At the start of the game, the player views each girl's statistics and personality description. Then the training begins. Most of the game is spent planning the girls' schedules. Playing music, working, going on vacation, everything influences girls' statistics. It is important to keep girls happy and reduce their stress. at the same time, going on vacation without exercising will diminish their professional skills. Keeping the right balance is key here.
After a training period, the player chooses the specific branch in which he wants the girls to compete: commercial photos (model), directing a musical, pop concert, directing a film, etc. Depending on the player's preparations and previous training, girls will get higher or lower grades. The player-controlled group competes against other agencies in a league and the results are displayed after each major event.
