Synopsis

Tele-Chess 64 places classic chess in an unusual setting and turns the board game into a duel that can even be played over telephone lines. That distinctive approach gives the program its own appeal, because it relates not only to strategy, forward thinking, and precise moves, but also to the idea of connecting two players who are far apart. The result is an interesting blend of timeless chess and a sense of technical pioneering that gives the game a special charm.
