Synopsis

This game is set around the Japanese historical figure Mito Koumon who, as a retired governor, traveled around Japan observing other districts. Everywhere he investigated, he found residents experiencing problems or observed some corruption within the local government. Mito Koumon would investigate these situations, disguised as a common man, only to reveal the corruption and his true identity when the mystery was solved. He thus improved the lives of the inhabitants of the region, before going to another district to discover other problems there. The game was only released in Japan and was never translated into English. It had a sequel: Mito Koumon II: Sekai Manyuuki.
