Synopsis
With Tenkomori Shooting, Namco takes the formula of Point Blank by adapting it to shoot'em up. Playable alone or in pairs, the game is inspired by classics such as Xevious, Galaga or R ⁇ Type. The player, controlling a monkey, must reach the top of a tower by passing mini-shooting games out of 26 available. Each floor offers a challenge with a limited time: if successful, we progress, otherwise we lose a life. Enemies do not kill directly but waste time. Goals vary (eliminate enemies, beat a boss, target targets, etc.). Good performance unlocks bonuses. The environments are varied: battlefield, bathroom, sushi restaurant, etc.
