Synopsis

Tetris 64 is a falling block puzzle that offers the traditional Tetris experience: blocks appear at the top of the screen and can be moved and rotated as they fall. The goal is to create complete lines which then disappear, earning points and making the game more difficult over time. The game is lost when the blocks that appear can no longer be moved because the screen is full. B-Type mode is similar, but the screen fills with random block combinations coming from the ground.

In addition to this standard mode, the game offers two unique variations: In "Giga Tetris", the player sometimes has to deal with huge blocks that break when they hit the ground. “Bio Tetris” uses the bio-sensor accessory provided with the game: it clips into the user's ear and measures their heart rate. It is possible to set the game to slow down or speed up as the heart rate increases.
