Synopsis

In Nodes of Yesod, a monolith was discovered on the Moon. This monolith was transferring data vital to the security of Earth to an alien planet. After a failed attempt at destruction, he was transported to his creators, the Ariatans. Charlie must now travel to the planet Ariat and prevent the Ariatans from accessing the data.

The gameplay of Arc of Yesod is very similar to its predecessor. In a side-scrolling view, Charlie must explore numerous and vast caverns, filled with enemies and transporters, and find eight crystals that may allow him to destroy the monolith for good. To get rid of enemies, pressing the joystick upwards releases a small sphere that he can move around the screen (Charlie remaining still) and shoot enemies. Some enemies are immune to the sphere, including an astronaut who, upon contact, steals a crystal from Charlie.
