Synopsis

The Floyd robot works in the kitchen and must prepare all the orders. The player must ensure that everything goes according to plan, but Floyd is not directly controlled; its actions are managed by a menu system. Each dish preparation includes a series of obligatory actions: gathering the ingredients, cutting them or setting the plates. The main challenge is to be as efficient as possible. Like in a restaurant, after a while, customers get impatient and start throwing things. This causes damage and repairs take even longer. Up to three dishes can be pre-programmed for automatic preparation, and recipes are available in the in-game cookbook. The main part of the game is displayed from the side, but smaller windows allow parts of the kitchen to be viewed from above.
