Synopsis

You wake up in a sealed wing of the Count's Transylvanian castle, seemingly restrictive but offering other routes of secret passages and unexpected exits to the intrepid and timely explorer. Over the course of a few days, you must cultivate a familiarity with the layout of the castle and the nighttime activities of its main resident, who chooses to prepare you midnight snacks rather than a main course. An unpredictable day/night cycle forces your hand, necessitating finding a reliable light source and ways to stay awake - or else you wake up the next morning in bed, your belongings stolen by the kleptomaniac creature of the night and your neck boasting irritated bite marks. Each day you must inch closer to your goal of overcoming the count, lest you end up as just another dry appetizer.
