Synopsis

"The King of Fighters: Battle of Paradise", more generally called "KOF: Battle of Paradise", is a board game simulation. We find the same graphic style as for SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters Clash.
The game is for 2 players (VS CPU or VS Player with 2 NGPCs connected) and is played like a "sugoroku" (equivalent to Backgammon).
We first select our Hero among the 4 offered and a Striker (the same as those present in KOF '99: Evolution on Dreamcast)
Players roll a die and move different pawns on the board. The "special" pawns allow you to trigger mini-games which often refer to old SNK licenses.
The goal of the game is to earn as many stars as possible (which can be purchased using the currency earned in the game)
You can also earn points by using special cards that affect the flow of the game.
