Synopsis

The Last Starfighter is a shoot 'em up based on the 1984 film of the same name. The hero must pilot an extraordinarily powerful starfighter to destroy an enemy armada. The action takes place in side-scrolling space, the ship always remains aligned in the middle of the screen but can move forward or backward while accelerating and decelerating. Enemies come at you from all directions and in all formations.
The game also has a 2 player mode where each player takes turns playing.
