Synopsis

In this game, set in 1996, the President of the United States attends an anti-terrorism summit in Europe with ten Western European leaders. Terrorists attack the summit and put participants and security personnel to sleep with sleeping gas. They then kidnap the president and other leaders and hold them hostage. The terrorists leave behind a tape in which they declare that they are Muslims and make numerous demands in exchange for the release of the hostages.

The player plays a special investigator responsible for finding the president and the other hostages. The investigator works from his computer, which gives him access to the files of many people, including known terrorists and members of the government. He also has eight special agents whom he can send to question people or search for information. The officers' reports are then saved on the computer.
