Synopsis

A dragon is terrorizing the kingdom of Balema, and King Galt sends his champion, named Gorn, to solve the problem. The player takes on the role of an unnamed advisor, who must help Gorn, strong but not very intelligent, get rid of the dragon and save his homeland.

The Quest was one of the first graphic adventures to incorporate full sentence analysis. Unlike most other adventures, the commands the player enters do not refer to the playable character. Rather, it is the player who, as a playable character, gives these commands to Gorn. Instead of entering short verbal commands, the player can type relatively complex instructions, which must be understood by Gorn in order to perform the necessary action.
