Synopsis
Sam Starr and the Spirit of Glenmore Castle is a graphic text adventure in which you explore the halls of the legendary Glenmore Castle in search of a lost fortune. Long ago, Lord William of Glenmore amassed great treasures for his beloved Lady Jennifer, but after his death the location of the riches was forgotten. Guided by clues and occasional encounters with Lady Jennifer's ghost, you must recover the scattered treasures and place them on her vanity to lay the mystery to rest.
Gameplay uses classic VERB NOUN commands to explore the castle, collect items, and solve puzzles. An on-screen information bar displays your location and available exits, while a six-item inventory limit forces careful resource management. Recover all the treasures and the grateful spirit will reward you for your efforts.
