Synopsis
The Unorthodox Engineers: The Pen and the Dark casts you as Lieutenant Fritz van Noon, leading a team of eccentric engineers to unravel the mystery of an indestructible pillar of darkness – “The Pen” – and its eerie shadow left behind by an alien race on an otherwise normal planet. Your mission also involves cracking the enigma of contra-energy. A companion short story by Colin Kapp provides vital context and clues to help solve the game's puzzles.
