Description

The game is similar to the traditional tic-tac-toe game, but is played on four vertically stacked 4 ⁇ 4 grids; it is essentially a computerized version of the Qubic board game using the traditional tic-tac-toe notation and layout. To win, a player must place four of his symbols on four squares aligned vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, on a single grid, or evenly spaced across the four grids. This creates a total of 76 possible ways to win, compared to eight possible ways to win on a standard 3 ⁇ 3 table. The game has nine variants: it can be played by two players against each other, or a player can play against an embedded AI on one of eight different difficulty levels. The game uses the standard joystick controller.
