Synopsis
Tom Clown is an unlicensed game for the Sega Mega Drive developed by AV Artisan and published by Realtec in 1993.
The game is a reinvention of the Atari 2600 Circus game. Move the seesaw board back and forth to make the clowns bounce upwards and pop balloons. Power-ups will give the player additional chances. After completing the games phase, you will move on to the next round.
