Synopsis
Toon Panic is a multiplayer/arcade fighting game in development at Bottom Up. It was supposed to be similar to Power Stone or Rakugaki ShowTime, but it was ultimately canceled due to the studio's bankruptcy. It features a cool intro with cool music, but no main game, no-AI multiplayer, and some debugging features. Final Fantasy 8's images in the character select screen were just placeholders... an odd choice on the developers' part.
