Synopsis

Topper is a police officer in the shape of a top hat, with arms and legs. A crime has been committed and it's up to Topper to find the clues to apprehend the criminal among seven suspects and send him to prison before time runs out. The area consists of several rooms spread over four levels, connected by corridors and an elevator. These rooms are platform games containing various safes, some containing clues to the crime. Collect them all until you have eight. One of the safes also contains the prison key. In the rooms there are enemies and obstacles that must be avoided, because the slightest contact reduces your energy gauge. This can be recharged at the police station. If you run out of energy, the game is over.
